Analytics
With your consent, Counter.dev receives page paths, referring pages and screen dimensions to help us understand use of the website. Its servers receive connection information such as your IP address. See Counter.dev privacy information.
Contact form
When you enable contact form protection and send a message, Google reCAPTCHA processes browser and device information for spam detection. Google may set cookies on its own domain, which this website cannot delete. Withdrawing consent prevents this site from loading it again. See Google’s privacy policy and terms.
The name, email address, subject and message you submit are stored and delivered through Getform, now called Forminit, operated by UXPLUS LTD in the United Kingdom. Reef is responsible for the use of your enquiry; Forminit processes form submissions on behalf of the form owner. See Forminit’s privacy policy.
We process enquiries to take steps you request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or for our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing information is voluntary, but all four fields are required to send this form. Do not include sensitive information. You can instead email us directly without enabling Google protection.
Who receives information
Your message is available to Reef personnel handling enquiries and to the form and email service providers involved in receiving and responding to it. Forminit stores submissions separately from any copies delivered to email or other connected services. Its data processing information identifies its service providers and explains how to obtain its data processing agreement.
GitHub Pages hosts this website and receives connection information when you visit. Google Fonts receives the requests needed to deliver fonts. Counter.dev receives analytics information only when you enable analytics, and Google reCAPTCHA is contacted when you enable contact form protection and attempt to send the form.
Processing locations and transfers
Forminit states that submission data, uploaded files and backups are stored on AWS infrastructure in Ireland, in the European Union. See its hosting and security information. That statement concerns Forminit’s storage; it does not determine where email copies or other connected services process data.
Google and GitHub may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their published transfer arrangements describe adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable. Message retention
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. Forminit’s default is to keep submissions until they are permanently deleted; a shorter period can be configured on eligible plans. Its retention setting does not delete copies already delivered to email or other connected services. See Forminit’s retention controls.
Changing cookie settings or clearing browser storage does not delete a message you have already submitted. For the retention arrangements applicable to your enquiry, or to request deletion of the message and associated copies, contact hello@reef-technologies.com.
Your rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, subject to the conditions in the GDPR. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO. Consent to optional tracking can be withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
